We would like to thank all of our customers who have supported the youth at the Centre County Grange Fair Livestock Sale and Clinton County Livestock Sale over the years. As most of our customers know, we hold spots open to accommodate the influx of animals from each of these respective fairs. With the Clinton County and Centre County Fairs being cancelled due to Covid-19, we have heard that The Penns Valley Livestock Auction will be facilitating a sale on Saturday, August 15, 2020. Unfortunately, as a result of this sale falling outside of the timeline of what we had set aside, we have a limited number of spots for beef, hogs and lambs available. If you are planning to purchase an animal at the sale and plan to send it to us for processing, please call and schedule as soon as possible. Animals will need to be scheduled in advance of the sale and spots are offered only on a first come/first serve basis. For those who have scheduled an animal with us from this sale, you will be responsible for hauling your animal to our facility on your scheduled date. Thank you.

​Mark's Custom Meats was established in 1994 by Mark and Kim Bair along with our three children. With the help of local famers and cattle haulers in the area, our business has grown each year.  While large businesses have their appeal, we value and appreciate the personalized customer interaction that our small business is able to provide. We are so thankful for each and every one of you! 

If you are interested in steaks for dinner or filling your freezer, please explore the bundle ordering and online ordering highlighted in the tabs above! For orders of 100 dollars or more, we will deliver to state college for a 20.00 delivery fee

For those interested in USDA processing, we offer pork and lamb processing  with either a Mark's Custom Meats label or we can create a customized label for you with your farm name, logo and information! Please feel free to email or call with any questions!
