Marks Custom Meats was established in 1994 by Mark and Kim Bair along with their three children. With the help of local famers and cattle haulers in the area our business has grown every year. We enjoy the one on one personal service with our customers and to all of them thank you for your support! We have strived to be the family business that has been forgotten over the years.
In April 2014 we celebrated our twentieth anniversary.
Now that we have USDA Inspection for all pork and lamb products, we will continue to keep growing along with our wonderful staff. Mark and Kim's oldest son Josh is now a co-owner of the business and will carry on the family values.
