Custom Processing

We offer custom processing for Beef, Pork and Lamb. Processing instructions are to be submitted online from the website by the day the animals arrive at our facility.  If you have questions, please feel free to email or call—we’re happy to assist! We offer processing of custom beef by the quarter, half and whole. Please note: mixed quarters (also known as divided sides) will have a standard cut. You will select the size of roasts you would like, the number of steaks you would like per package and the size of your ground beef packages.

Beef Harvest (whole beef): $95.00

Beef Harvest (1/2 beef): $47.50

Beef Harvest (1/4 beef): $23.75

 

Beef Processing (Cut, Vacuum Packaged, Frozen and Boxed): $0.85/lb on hanging weight

Beef Processing (Cut Only & Boxed): 0.58/lb on hanging weight

 

Making Ground Beef Patties: $0.50/lb (10lb minimum)

 

Hog Harvest (whole hog): $45.00

Hog Harvest (1/2 hog): $22.50

 

Hog Processing (Cut, Vacuum Packaged, Frozen and Boxed): $0.85/lb on hanging weight

Hog Processing (Cut Only & Boxed): $0.58/lb on hanging weight

 

Curing: $0.95/lb

Slicing Hams: $2.50/ piece

Slicing Bacon: $3.50/ piece

 

Making Sausage Patties: $0.50/lb

Making Scrapple: (3 hog minimum) $2.00/lb

Making Scrapple: (3 hog minimum) $2.00/lb

 

Lamb Harvest (whole lamb): $30.00

 

Lamb Processing (Cut, Vacuum Packaged, Frozen and Boxed): Flat Fee of $55/Lamb

ROASTING HOG HEAD ON: $75.00

ROASTING HOG HEAD OFF: $65.00
