Mark’s Custom Meats was established in 1994 by Mark and Kim Bair. We started as a custom processing facility serving local farmers and members of the community. Over the years, Josh (Mark and Kim’s oldest son) joined the partnership as an owner/operator and has played an integral role in continuing to grow the family business alongside Mark and Kim. Mark and Kim’s youngest son (Cody) joined the business as a partner in 2020. We have a strong, core group of employees who work very hard to ensure the highest quality cuts and packaging for our customers. We rely heavily on the skillset, experience and artisanship of our employees to continue to uphold the Mark’s Custom Meats quality. Within the past 5 years, we started carrying more of our products in our small retail space, which has resulted in our additional expansion of offering online ordering for curbside pickup and shipping. We love what we do and are thankful to be able to provide you with high quality & locally raised beef, pork and lamb.
We strongly recognize the importance of customer service and providing quality products to our customers, which is why the beef, pork and lamb that you purchase from us is all raised within 30 miles of our shop. It is important to us that we know the quality of the animals that we select and just as important--if not more so--the caliber and quality of those who are raising the animals. We have a zero tolerance policy for the inhumane treatment of animals--we believe they should be respected and thanked for the nourishment they provide.
