Processing

Custom meat processing gives you the peace of mind your looking for. Knowing where the meat comes from and knowing that you get your meat back as well as the choice of cut is what you get with custom processing.  We vacuum seal all of the meat we process unless you prefer to package yours at home. Vacuum packing will prove to be easy for you to find exactly what you are looking for in your freezer and will last longer. If you know exactly how you want your meat processed download and fill out the appropriate cut sheet and email it back to us. Not sure what you want? Download and look over the appropriate cut sheet and give us a call. We can step through each process with you to ensure we get it cut just the way you want. All instructions must be submitted by the date your animal arrives.
