What are your hours?

We are open for meat pick-up Tuesday-Friday 1pm-5pm and Saturdays 9-12. We are open for phone calls Tuesday-Friday from 8am-5pm and Saturdays 9-12.

How long will it take for my order to be ready for pick up?

Orders received by noon, will be ready for pick up the same day. Orders received after noon will not be ready until after 1:00pm the following day.

How long will it take for me to receive my shipment?

Mark’s Custom Meats uses FedEx. Orders typically arrive in 2-3 days.

What days do you ship?

We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

What states do you ship to?

We currently ship to: ME, KY, PA, OH, NJ, CT, MI, NH, VT, MA, RI, IL, TN, FL, DE, WV, VA, NC, SC, GA, IN, MD PA is year round shipping. All other states we ship OCT-APRIL

Where do you offer Local Delivery to?

On Tuesdays & Fridays we deliver to: State College, Boalsburg, Centre Hall, Bellefonte, and Port Matilda. On Wednesdays we deliver to Mill Hall, Lamar, Lock Haven, and Woolrich. After your order is placed, we will be in contact with you to confirm the delivery. Your order will arrive boxed, vacuum packaged and flash frozen ready for you to unpack!

FAQ for customers purchasing meat from farmers that Mark's Custom Meats is processing

When will my meat be ready?

Typically, beef will be ready for pick up approximately 2 weeks from the time the animal was brought in. Pork and lamb will be ready for pick up within 3-5 days of the day it was brought in. Our curing process takes approximately 2 weeks and is an additional charge.

Can I bring my pork bellies and pork rounds for you to cure and what is the cost of curing?

Yes. Curing is $0.95/lb.

What is the cost of your custom beef processing?

The kill fee is $95.00 for a whole beef, $47.50 for half of a beef and $23.75 for a quarter of a beef. Processing is $0.85/lb on the hanging weight.

Do I need to bring anything with me to pick up my order?

You do not. Your order will be vacuum packaged, boxed and loaded for you.
