When will my meat be ready?
Typically, beef will be ready for pick up approximately 2 weeks from the time the animal was brought in. Pork and lamb will be ready for pick up within 3-5 days of the day it was brought in. Our curing process takes approximately 2 weeks and is an additional charge.
Can I bring my pork bellies and pork rounds for you to cure and what is the cost of curing?
Yes. Curing is $0.95/lb.
What is the cost of your custom beef processing?
The kill fee is $95.00 for a whole beef, $47.50 for half of a beef and $23.75 for a quarter of a beef. Processing is $0.85/lb on the hanging weight.
Do I need to bring anything with me to pick up my order?
You do not. Your order will be vacuum packaged, boxed and loaded for you.
